Special Olympics Bowling - Matthews (14+)
If you like to spend time with friendly and fun-loving people, this is a project for you!
Volunteer Activities - Volunteers will be assigned as lane monitors for Special Olympics athletes and will make sure the athletes bowl in the correct order while offering them encouragement.
Notes: All athletes bowl 2 games. Depending on the number of bowlers per lane and their pace that may take 40 minutes or 2 hours.
The local competition will take place at the end of May. Bowlers will receive medals at that time.
NOTES: This project does not require the HOC orientation. All volunteers should read our Volunteer Guidelines before signing up. If you are signed up and can't attend, please remove yourself from the project.
